Refund policy

Reservation Cancellations
Reservations may be canceled without charge when notice is provided more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations must be communicated by phone call or text message to our dedicated service line.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full fare.

Airline-Related Cancellations
If your flight is canceled by the airline, no cancellation fee will apply, as this circumstance is beyond your control.

Delayed Flights
If your flight is delayed but not canceled, the standard cancellation policy will apply if you choose to cancel your reservation.

Acknowledgment of Terms
By booking transportation with Flight Rides LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
