Reservations & Payment

Cancellations & Changes
Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled pickup time.

Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles respectfully. Flight Rides LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior occurs.

Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Flight Rides LLC is not responsible for items lost, forgotten, or damaged during transportation.

Vehicle Availability
Specific vehicles may be subject to availability. Flight Rides LLC may substitute a comparable vehicle when necessary.

Service Area
Transportation is provided within our available service area and to approved destinations. Additional charges may apply for extended travel, waiting time, additional stops, or special requests.

Limitation of Liability
Flight Rides LLC is not responsible for delays, missed flights, missed appointments, or other losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
